What is included in the price?

Breakfast & dinner daily, private cab for the trip including pickup and drop, hotel stay on double sharing and the sightseeing in the day-wise plan. Flights and train tickets are not included unless the plan says so.

Can I change hotels or days?

Yes. Every trip is private, so we can add a day, upgrade the hotel category or change the route. The price changes accordingly, and we resend the plan on WhatsApp until it feels right.

What is the best time to visit Kerala?

September to March is the best time. Monsoon (June to August) is lush but wet.

How do I book this tour?

Send your dates on WhatsApp. We confirm the hotels and share the exact price; you pay 25% advance to confirm and the balance before the trip starts.

Are the prices per person?

Yes. All prices are per person on double sharing and depend on hotel and cab availability. Peak dates, festivals and long weekends can cost more.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Secure online links from Razorpay or HDFC SmartGateway (UPI, cards, net banking), our official India Travel Holiday UPI QR code, or bank transfer to our company bank account only. Payment details are shared only from +91 90150 50020.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

30 days or more before travel: full refund. 15 to 29 days: 50% charges. 7 to 14 days: 75% charges. Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Is India Travel Holiday a registered travel agency?

Yes. We are registered with Himachal Tourism and registered as an MSME (Udyam), with our office near CID Office, Shimla.

Where does the cab pick us up?

This trip starts and ends at Kochi airport / station. We can book your train or flight on request.

Do you book bus, train or flight tickets?

Yes. We can book Volvo bus, train and flight tickets on request. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 90150 50020.

How fast will I get my trip plan?

Usually within about 2 hours on WhatsApp, between 9 am and 7 pm, with hotel photos and the price.

Do you give support during the trip?

Yes. After you pay the advance, we make a WhatsApp group for your trip. Our booking team is available there 24x7 until you are back home.
